HOME SAVINGS BANK STUDENT BANK PROGRAM   We introduce students (K-12) to the world of money and finance with our innovative Student Bank Program.  We designed this statement account to teach students the value of a consistent savings plan and to familiarize them with using a transaction register.  The account is tiered and pays an above market rate on any balance up to $2500.00, any balance above that earns standard passbook rate.  The offer is open to all faculty and staff at the school as well because we want to teach by example and are committed to continuing education.  Our student bank coordinator holds a bank day once a week prior to the start of classes, and trained student tellers accept deposits from their fellow classmates, withdrawals are only permitted at Home Savings Bank.
